Jan. 19, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was a factual basis for believing some traffic offense occurred, and that justifies the stop. <a href=\"https:\/\/courts.ms.gov\/Images\/Opinions\/CO151119.pdf\">Sellers v. State<\/a>, 2021 Miss. App. LEXIS 26 (Jan. 19, 2021).*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant was stopped for a traffic offense, and the DL was suspended. That justified an arrest. The cash found in the car was in plain view. United States v. Lindsey, 2021 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 9377 (D. Haw.
