State<\/a>, 2020 Tex. App. LEXIS 10219 (Tex. App. \u2013 Austin Dec. 23, 2020).<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police along with USMs entered defendant\u2019s place with an arrest warrant. They did a protective sweep and then obtained a search warrant. The sweep was valid. No search occurred until the warrant was signed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fifthcircuit.org\/dmzdocs\/OI\/PO\/2020\/7ECDF8B1-B634-499A-8B86-761E2955F73B.pdf\">State v. Fisher<\/a>, 2020 La. App. LEXIS 1880 (La. App. 5 Cir.
