See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2006\/09\/29\/washington\/29nsa.html?_r=2&amp;ref=washington&amp;oref=slogin&amp;oref=slogin\">House Approves Power for Warrantless Wiretaps<\/a> in today&#8217;s NY Times.
