State<\/a>, 2020 Ark. 217, 600 S.W.3d 586 (2020). <a href=\"https:\/\/opinions.arcourts.gov\/ark\/courtofappeals\/en\/item\/488645\/index.do\">King v. State<\/a>, 2020 Ark. App. 532, 2020 Ark. App. LEXIS 579 (Nov. 18, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defendant was in an accident in Miller County, Arkansas but was hospitalized in Bowie County, Texas (Texarkana TX\/AR; and there is no ER in Texarkana AR because there is an excellent one in Texarkana TX). A Texas judge granted a search warrant for defendant\u2019s blood draw at the hospital in Texas. It could be transferred to the Arkansas State Police for analysis.  A second Arkansas search warrant wasn&#8217;t needed. <a href=\"https:\/\/opinions.arcourts.gov\/ark\/courtofappeals\/en\/item\/488625\/index.do\">Stewart v. State<\/a>, 2020 Ark. App. 515, 2020 Ark.
