A search of the car for her wallet and then the search of the wallet was thus reasonable under the circumstances because it was just to identify her. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca5.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/19\/19-20607.0.pdf\">McCullough v. Wright<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 28474 (5th Cir. Sept. 9, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prison cell search is reasonable, but it could be \u201crelevant to DeShazor&#8217;s retaliation and excessive force claims; but the search itself does not constitute a Fourth Amendment violation.
