Indeed, the character of the alleged crime\u2014abuse of a child\u2014was grounds for continuing concern.\u201d As to continuing a traffic stop: \u201cUnder the circumstances here, the officers had both reasonable suspicion and statutory grounds for extending the stop.\u201d United States v. Aug. 31, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An internet service provider viewed one image of child pornography which was a private search and the government saw that image. The government also saw another image that wasn\u2019t subject to the private search.
