Therefore, the CoA is granted. Day v. Fla. Dep&#8217;t of Corr., 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 27153 (11th Cir. Aug. 25, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The affidavit was found to have understated the CI\u2019s roll and the ex parte hearing showed he did considerably more.
