Thomas<\/a>, 2020-Ohio-3539,  2020 Ohio App. LEXIS 2453 (9th Dist. June 30, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The search warrant was obtained November 12th and executed November 13th. The indictment said the offense date was November 12th.
