Avery<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 15034 (5th Cir. May 11, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A random LPN check showed the owner\u2019s DL under suspension. That justified the stop, and that validly led to a DUI arrest. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/5\/2020\/2020-Ohio-2907.pdf\">State v. Anglin<\/a>, 2020-Ohio-2907, 2020 Ohio App. LEXIS 1861 (5th Dist.
