See Black&#8217;s Law Dictionary 897 (10th ed. 2014) (defining inference as \u2018[a] conclusion reached by considering other facts and deducing a logical consequence from them\u2019).\u201d  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.illinoiscourts.gov\/Opinions\/AppellateCourt\/2020\/3rdDistrict\/3170674.pdf\">People v. Jones<\/a>, 2020 IL App (3d) 170674, 2020 Ill. App. LEXIS 240 (Apr. 13, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the merits, defendant, a non-citizen, has no Fourth Amendment claim as to the stop and boarding of a ship on the high seas. Besides, he pled guilty and waived that claim. Delgado-Pachay v. United States, 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63724 (M.D. Fla. Apr. 10, 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ship stopped without showing its nationality can be stopped. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/files\/201911807.pdf\">United States v.
