Jan. 28, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>The court accepts the officer\u2019s testimony that he got defendant out of the car and saw the baggie of drugs as he removed him. Defendant\u2019s claim that the officer searched him by reaching in his pocket as he removed him is of no moment considering the plain view. United States v. Wilkerson, 2020 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 14203 (E.D. Ky.
