On appeal, Hamilton argues the district court erred in dismissing these claims based on Judge Ragland&#8217;s judicial immunity.\u201d The clerk gets the judge\u2019s immunity as long as the judge authorized the act. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/20\/01\/183450P.pdf\">Hamilton v.
