Jan. 14, 2020).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe officers had probable cause to arrest Mancilla-Ibarra because Fann&#8217;s information was veritable, reliable, and corroborated.\u201d The fact a CI is a criminal doesn\u2019t make the information per se unreliable. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/pub\/files\/201713663.pdf\">United States v. Mancilla-Ibarra<\/a>, 2020 U.S. App. LEXIS 1279 (11th Cir. Jan. 15, 2020).*<\/p>\n<p>The proof of consent wasn\u2019t overwhelming, but it was there on balance. The officers told defendant that, without consent, everyone would be detained until a search warrant was obtained. Then came the consent. United States v. Garner, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 224775 (W.D.
