They were so dark the officer couldn\u2019t see the driver. When he got to the driver\u2019s window, he could smell marijuana, then the automobile exception applied. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/12\/2019\/2019-Ohio-5370.pdf\">State v.
