He challenges the surveillance, but the court finds, if error, it\u2019s harmless on the record as a whole because the officers also testified to physically watching him coming and going from the house. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca8.uscourts.gov\/opndir\/19\/12\/183364P.pdf\">United States v.
