Oct. 1, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>State statute discusses concealed carry, and the officer had probable cause to believe that defendant wasn\u2019t concealing the gun he could see. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.illinoiscourts.gov\/Opinions\/AppellateCourt\/2019\/1stDistrict\/1171626.pdf\">People v. Balark<\/a>, 2019 IL App (1st) 171626, 2019 Ill. App. LEXIS 902 (Nov. 20, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>The stop was justified because the officers ran the LPN and found it was uninsured. After the stop, the court finds that defendants consented to a search of the car. United States v. Lawrence, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 201984 (E.D. Mich.
