Oct. 31, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Collectively, CBP officers had reasonable suspicion for stopping defendant\u2019s car near the border on a dead end road where it seemed the only reason to be there was to pick up people who would have crossed the border, and three were detained in the vicinity.
