Thus, the question of probation search is moot. The passage of time (here a little over two months) between knowledge of the arrest warrant and actually serving it did not make it stale. Oct. 17, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Appellant failed to show in a deportation proceeding that the ICE agents\u2019 conduct rose to the level of an egregious Fourth Amendment violation. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca11.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/unpub\/files\/201815161.pdf\">Meza v.
