Just because they had advance notice defendant was coming because of the breadth of their investigation, the automobile exception allowed a vehicle search because of the mobility of the car. Advance notice still doesn\u2019t require a search warrant for a vehicle when the automobile exception would otherwise apply. United States v. Johnson, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 160447 (D. Neb. Sept. 20, 2019), adopting, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 160768 (D. Neb. Aug. 5, 2019). <\/p>\n<p>There was reasonable suspicion for a frisk. Defendant wouldn\u2019t keep his hands visible, and the officer could see a bulge at his waistband.
