Therefore, his counsel couldn\u2019t be ineffective for not filing a motion to suppress that would not prevail. Doss v. United States, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 146609 (N.D. Ohio Aug. 28, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPetitioner cannot re-litigate these claims in a \u00a7 2255 motion. &#8230; Petitioner&#8217;s Fourth Amendment claims also fail on the merits because no constitutional violation occurred.\u201d Ingram v.
