Therefore, his standing argument fails. But everything was harmless anyway based on overwhelming evidence of guilt. <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca1.uscourts.gov\/pdf.opinions\/14-1582P-01A.pdf\">United States v. Rivera-Carrasquillo<\/a>, 2019 U.S. App. LEXIS 23217 (1st Cir. Aug. 2, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The officer developed reasonable suspicion during the stop because of defendant\u2019s nervousness, travel along a known drug corridor, plans for a trip that exceeded the rental period of the car, not specifically knowing where he was going, and too much luggage for such a short trip. United States v. Segovia, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 129376 (E.D. Pa.
