The stop was thus not reasonable. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kscourts.org\/Cases-and-Opinions\/opinions\/CtApp\/2019\/20190726\/120209.pdf\">State v. Arrizabalaga<\/a>, 2019 Kan. App. LEXIS 51 (July 26, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>This was not a case of \u201cforced abandonment\u201d caused by unlawful police conduct.
