Mathews<\/a>, 2019 U.S. App. LEXIS 19611 (10th Cir. July 1, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant was driving at a constant speed in the center lane without following too close. When the officer pulled behind him, he slowed for about 20 seconds and a truck passed on the right.
