Defendant had been Mirandized and left alone in the room, knowing he was not free to leave, and told he was a suspect in a crime. He made a call which was overheard and her end recorded. It was admissible at trial. <a href=\"https:\/\/efast.gaappeals.us\/download?filingId=004a58d0-a864-4dc8-8670-30d5ac23230b\">Wilson v. State<\/a>, 2019 Ga. App. LEXIS 387 (June 25, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s trial started on Monday. The Friday before, Carpenter was decided, and he sought leave to file a motion to suppress IP information based on that case, and it was denied. On appeal, Carpenter simply doesn\u2019t apply to IP information. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/9\/2019\/2019-Ohio-2479.pdf\">State v.
