Cassino<\/a>, 2019 IL App (1st) 181510,  2019 Ill. App. LEXIS 398 (June 7, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Exigent circumstances supported the officer\u2019s warrantless entry into the premises. The court concludes that he did not rummage in the dresser drawer and saw a weapon and money in plain view. United States v. Booth, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 94407 (D. Mont.
