A dog sniff of the package gave probable cause. United States v. Goodin, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 95071 (W.D. La. May 20, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The question is close, but there was reasonable suspicion for defendant\u2019s stop and then calling for a drug dog that took 15 minutes to arrive. The stop wasn\u2019t prolonged because the officer was diligently pursuing the stop. United States v. Goodin, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 95034 (W.D. La.
