App. LEXIS 908 (La. App. 5 Cir. May 23, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The information withheld from the affidavit for search warrant wasn\u2019t even exculpatory. It was inculpatory, and there is no Franks violation. United States v. Sears, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 86144 (D. Colo. May 22, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause in the affidavit, without even considering the controlled buy that cinches it. Besides that, the good faith exception applied. United States v.
