Mar. 29, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The alleged fact of a telephone call between defendant and a shooting victim was probable cause for the search warrant for defendant\u2019s cell phone. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/files\/documents\/2019\/05\/16\/12319.pdf\">Commonwealth v. Mack<\/a>, 2019 Mass. LEXIS 291 (May 16, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>There was probable cause for the search warrant of defendant\u2019s cell phone, and he consented as well. The probable cause was also supported by the good faith exception. United States v. Garcia, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 82289 (C.D. Cal.
