The Apartment Association attempts to analogize the information sought in City of Los Angeles v. Patel, but it doesn\u2019t come near. \u201cIn sum, the Court finds that Plaintiffs&#8217; claims for violation of the Fourth Amendment fail because the FAC lacks factual allegations to support a finding that they have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the rental registration information sought by the Registration Provision.
