Belt<\/a>, 2019 Tenn. Crim. App. LEXIS 208 (Apr. 1, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>A conclusory or general objection to the R&#038;R without citation of authority, pointing to errors of findings of fact or argument was insufficient.\u201d Objections that, as here, merely \u2018dispute[ ] the correctness of the magistrate&#8217;s recommendation\u2019 without specifying the findings that Defendant \u2018believe[s] were in error[,] &#8230; amount to general objections\u2019 and do not warrant de novo review. Miller v. Currie, 50 F.3d 373, 380 (6th Cir. 1995). Further, the Court, upon review, finds Wagoner&#8217;s thin remonstrances meritless.\u201d United States v. Wagoner, 2019 U.S. Dist.
