It simply was not sufficient to support a verdict of guilty beyond a reasonable doubt for distributing cocaine. We reverse the district court&#8217;s decisions denying Garcia&#8217;s motions for judgment of acquittal pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 29 and reverse his convictions for insufficient evidence.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/media.ca7.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/rssExec.pl?Submit=Display&#038;Path=Y2019\/D03-20\/C:18-1735:J:Hamilton:aut:T:fnOp:N:2311652:S:0\">United States v. Mar. 20, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant doesn\u2019t show that the search warrant was issued without probable cause or at least a good faith belief in probable cause. United States v. Hansen, 2019 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 44357 (D. Neb. Mar. 19, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit for the search warrant here was clearly not bare bones, as recounted by the court. The good faith exception applies at the minimum. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.opn.ca6.uscourts.gov\/opinions.pdf\/19a0047p-06.pdf\">United States v. Asgari<\/a>, 2019 U.S. App. LEXIS 8059 (6th Cir.
