Nevertheless, it was an objectively reasonable mistake under Heien, and the stop would not be suppressed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/8\/2019\/2019-Ohio-785.pdf\">State v. Spellacy<\/a>, 2019-Ohio-785, 2019 Ohio App. LEXIS 837 (8th Dist. Mar. 7, 2019).*<\/p>\n<p>There was \u201cconsiderable detail\u201d in the application for the search warrant here that shows a substantial basis for probable cause.
