Jan. 23, 2019).<\/p>\n<p>The government obtained CSLI in 2015 for 57 days of defendants\u2019 cell phones, and the court affirmed before Carpenter holding that there was no reasonable expectation of privacy. United States v. Stimler, 864 F.3d 253 (3d Cir. 2017) (amended opinion).
