While Elmore is correct that an informant whose prior tips proved reliable can be considered more reliable for the instant tip, failure to produce evidence from prior tips is not dispositive, particularly where, as here, there is independent corroboration of multiple kinds.\u201d This entire investigation lasted a month, and there is no indication of staleness.
