United States v. Fable, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 129527 (D. Conn. Aug. 2, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant challenged a grand jury subpoena for his DNA taking him to the grand jury, and he argues a search warrant is required. He was returned to the jail, and a search warrant was issued.
