July 6, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>The court credits the officers\u2019 testimony that the defendant committed a traffic violation for driving left of center. Defendant\u2019s efforts to show vegetation growth made it necessary was inconclusive at best. The officers had reasonable suspicion to continue the stop because of evasive driving when they saw the officer and a tip that the vehicle would be carrying drugs. United States v.
