She was fired for refusing a drug test, and received $802,000 at a jury trial. The verdict is sustained. She was not in a sensitive position requiring drug testing. <a href=\"https:\/\/ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov\/cgi-bin\/show_public_doc?2015cv0521-91\">Lewis v. District of Columbia<\/a>, 2018 U.S. Dist.
