Leed<\/a>, 122 MAP 2016 (Pa. June 1, 2018). Following Greenstreet v. State, 898 A.2d 961 (Md. 2006):<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Several other states have drawn the same distinction as we do in this case.  See State ex rel. Collins v. Super.
