NSA<\/a> here on Thursday.  <\/p>\n<p>As the rhetoric begins, I wrote a piece for <a href=\"http:\/\/talkleft.com\/new_archives\/015534.html\">Talkleft<\/a> today that is too partisan to appear here.<\/p>\n<p>I have my opinions about the Fourth Amendment, and I cannot always keep them to myself. This website does take positions that cases are wrongly or rightly decided, and that does not detract from its being largely nonpartisan.
