No more particular description was reasonably expected. \u201cUnder the circumstances, the search warrant could not reasonably have described the items more precisely.\u201d Defendant\u2019s search residence was in Wisconsin, and he was convicted in Ohio. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/2\/2018\/2018-Ohio-1425.pdf\">State v. Maranger<\/a>, 2018-Ohio-1425, 2018 Ohio App. LEXIS 1574 (2d Dist. Apr. 13, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>The defendant Deputy USMs had an arrest warrant and good reason to believe plaintiff was in his dwelling. Therefore, the entry was valid under Payton, and plaintiff\u2019s Bivens claim fails. <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.ca3.uscourts.gov\/opinarch\/172916np.pdf\">Pilchesky v.
