They didn\u2019t realize that he was a felon in possession until two weeks later. Then they sought a warrant 23 days after seeing the guns. That wasn\u2019t unreasonable considering the fact that guns are kept \u201cand are of continuing utility to the owner.\u201d (This arose in the context of an IAC claim. Since defendant would have lost on the merits, there\u2019s no IAC.) <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supremecourt.ohio.gov\/rod\/docs\/pdf\/7\/2018\/2018-Ohio-1139.pdf\">State v.
