The former was determined to be waived. The latter, however, remained privileged. United States v. Adams, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 41165 (D. Minn. Mar. 13, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s claim that defense counsel was ineffective for not moving to suppress was rejected on the merits of the search.
