There was justification for the stop, and the officer could smell marijuana once the car was stopped, and the search occurred thereafter. United States v. Milk, 2018 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 13856 (D.S.D. Jan. 29, 2018).*<\/p>\n<p>On the totality of circumstances, the CI was adequately supported by the officer\u2019s actions in corroborating all the information they could.
