[Indeed, Franks itself doesn\u2019t apply to a CI\u2019s false statement to the police.] <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca10.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/16\/16-2225.pdf\">Marin v. King<\/a>, 2018 U.S. App. LEXIS 100 (10th Cir. Jan. 3, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Defendant\u2019s Franks challenge fails. Even granting that there was material omissions (which the court doesn\u2019t), the remainder is still probable cause for issuance of the search warrant. United States v. Walton, 2018 U.S. Dist.
