(AP) \u2014 A Florida man spent 90 days in jail after police officers who stopped him for driving without headlights said white powder found in his car was cocaine.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nHe told the officers he was a handyman and it was drywall dust. Because a dog alerted, he was held in custody, unable to make bond. The crime lab report said it was drywall dust.<\/p>\n<p>And, he can&#8217;t sue under \u00a7 1983 if the drug dog was certified. Or was it falsely reported to be an alert?
