To argue the probable cause was tainted by omission of information, plaintiff carries the burden, and here she failed. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca2.uscourts.gov\/decisions\/isysquery\/8251214f-efaa-4c87-8ae2-e0b1453d2275\/11\/doc\/16-4219_so.pdf\">Kanciper v. Lato<\/a>, 2017 U.S. App. LEXIS 24487 (2d Cir. Dec. 5, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>Even though defendant\u2019s arrest was held invalid, he\u2019s not entitled to equitable expungement, following seven other circuits. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ca4.uscourts.gov\/opinions\/166871.U.pdf\">United States v.
