A chilling video shows the man \u2014 who, according to his lawyer, was there to deal with a traffic ticket \u2014 yelling \u201cNo!\u201d \u201cMy hand!\u201d and \u201cWhy?\u201d in Spanish. Sheriff\u2019s deputies order passers-by to stand back, and the violent arrest continues.<\/p>\n<p>The next month, ICE agents returned and arrested another man. His lawyer can be heard in a video of the incident asking the agents if they had a warrant. One responds, \u201cYes, sir.\u201d The lawyer asks, \u201cCan I see it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The agent\u2019s response: \u201cNo, sir.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;America!
