The victim was missing, and the consenter was a 14 year old with a key. The consent was solely to look for a person, not a general search of the premises. He had authority for that. The emergency aid doctrine also permits the search for the missing person. Blood spatter was found and a warrant was obtained. <a href=\"http:\/\/courts.delaware.gov\/Opinions\/Download.aspx?id=263050\">State v. Hamilton<\/a>, 2017 Del. Super.
