He refused to stop and officers finally caught up with him. Instead of submitted, he reached for his pants, and a frisk produced a gun. It turned out there were three arrest warrants out for him. Even if the chase and stop wasn\u2019t lawful [it almost certainly was], the three warrants on defendant made the search incident for the gun valid under Strieff. United States v.
