July 31, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Constitution does not require that officers always take arrestees suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or reported by relatives to be at risk, to a hospital against their wishes. Grayson v. Peed, 195 F.3d 692, 696 (4th Cir. 1999). Mrs. Simpson&#8217;s decision to take her own life is tragic.
